How do I join?

Go to /auth and create an account, or apply through /apply if you want to be reviewed as a venue, professional, vendor or influencer partner. Onboarding takes about three minutes.

Which member type should I pick?

Pick the one that describes how you earn: venue if you run a space, professional if you work shifts or events, influencer if you create content, vendor if you sell a service, client if you are booking. You can change it later in your profile.

How do I get discovered?

Complete every field: city, member type, headline, bio, rate and photos. Complete, verified profiles rank above incomplete ones in /search and /discover.

What does the verified badge mean?

A verified badge means our team has confirmed the business or professional details on the profile. Apply through /apply and we review within a few business days.

Can I hide my profile?

Yes. In your dashboard you can unpublish a listing or profile at any time; it stops appearing in search immediately and nothing is deleted.

How do reviews work?

After a completed booking, either side can leave a rating and written review. Ratings roll up on the listing so future clients can see a track record.

How does booking work?

Open a profile or listing, send your date, role and budget, then both sides confirm the details in /messages. Nothing is locked in until both parties agree.

What happens if a booking is cancelled?

Either side can cancel from /bookings before the confirmed date. The other party is notified instantly, and repeated late cancellations affect your standing in the network.

How do shifts and clock-in work?

Claimed shifts appear in /shifts. Clock in and out on your phone at the venue - the times are location verified, so hours are accurate for both sides.

Yes. Post open roles and shifts from /hiring; applications land in your dashboard where you can shortlist, message and hire.

What is a media kit?

It's your creator one-pager on HospiHub: audience size, niches, channels, past work and rate. Publish it from your dashboard so venues can book campaigns without a back-and-forth.

Most quote requests are answered within one business day, with scope and pricing before any work starts.

Rates are agreed between both parties on the booking. Platform services and paid plans are billed securely through our payment processor - card details never touch HospiHub.

Yes, any time from your dashboard. You keep paid features until the end of the billing period, then drop to the free plan.
